Is this diet and exercise routine stopping me from losing belly fat?

I am 14 years old, around 154 pounds. I have lost weight recently, but I still have lots of belly and side fat. Every other day I have a 45 minute intense weightlifting workout and days in between I have a 45 minute agility session. Afterwards, I have a moderately active lacrosse practice. It would seem this is rather active, but I still have fat. For breakfast I will have either plain eggs, oatmeal, or a protein bar. For lunch I always have a turkey salad, and after my workout I will have a protein bar. For dinner, I will have something like a whole wheat turkey sandwich with fruit, spaghetti, chicken breasts, etc. I will also usually have natural peanut butter and almonds as a snack later. Are there any elements in my daily life that inhibit fat loss? Especially belly fat?
