Yes, as the others said - filter it and keep in a clean bottle or jar. Just make sure you only use it to fry or saute more things. Don't try to use it as salad dressing oil or in baking since there will still be a slight residual from the frying. You can re-use the oil, if filtered, for 4 or 6 times. You'll be able to tell from the smell when it's gone off!
