Is this considered Fat - Medium - or Skinny? Body Measurements?

Height - 5'1 1/2
Weight - 114
Waist - 25 1/2 inches
Hips (Same spot my belly button is) - 29 1/2 inches
If it's overweight or whatever what should my hips and waist size be?

I looked up my WHR and it said I was an apple shape but I know I'm a hourglass figure - wtf
