Is this considered cheating or point-gaming?

If you go through them one by one, you will notice that most of the time his answers have little effort put into them, are ridiculous, and most of the time they don't get many thumbs up, so how does he get so many best answers?

Apparently he only gets best answers when the question goes to voting, because then he can vote for himself 3 times, even though others deserved the best answer.

Is it cheating to make several accounts and vote for yourself?
If so, how can some one report this person for point-gaming?

He's using multiples to vote himself "best answer". The true point-gamers have "best answer" percentages 90% and up and usually ask and answer their own questions.

Yes, the guy's point-gaming, but so is about half of all "top contributors". I'll keep an eye on him to see if he grows to 17 accounts or more because 17 accounts is the largest "network" I've cracked. I cheat to cheat the cheaters, and a "tc" in this section is in for a rude awakening very soon.

The best thing to do when you suspect gaming is to contact the Team ( [email protected] ). When you report the gamers, you must have ALL accounts in the gamer's "network".

You are probably correct but do be careful. To call out or put links to someones profile is also against the rules and could get you reported. I cannot be bothered to put in the effort to find and report these people. After all the points don't buy anything, the gold badge ain't Gold and who gives a toss anyway. It's a fact of life that when/if you get him deleted he/she will come back with another pile of accounts.
