Is this computer good for playing games 0-7 hours each day?

alright so i got a dell studio xps 8100
tech specs:
Intel® Core™ i5-650 processor(4MB Cache, 3.20GHz)
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64Bit, English
4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz - 4 DIMMs
ATI Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3
500GB - 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache
16X DVD+/-RW Drive
The games i wish to play:
Fusionfall
Wow
Perfect World
Pirates of the caribbean online
Toontown
Wizards 101
Spore
Roller Coaster Tycoon 3
The movies
And more......
Now is this a good computer for 0-7 hour gaming and also when im not using it should i leave it on overnight or turn it off?
