Is this computer good enough to run computer games such as CoD4, ect.?

I was looking into buying this computer, and being the computer noob I am, have no idea. Here are the specs.

P4 HT OC to 3.4mhz
XP Pro installed
4 Gigs of Ram
Radeon 9800 Pro Video Card (TV in etc) AGP - I can swap this out with a Radeon 9800 Pro XT this has dual monitor support
Aero Cool Processor Heat Sink - Keep everything cool
2 hard drives 1x 180 gig 7200 rpm 1x80 gig 7200rpm
P4P800 Motherboard
CDRW Drive
Blue Case with LED lights etc.


I would be looking to play CoD4, Team Fortress2, WoW, Warcraft ect.
