Scenario:
Let's say company XyZ changes all their prices up on there products by 15%. So a product that typically cost $159.99 will now cost $183.99, now this company will run a sale 15% off when they just raise their prices on the product by 15%. Later, they might even run another ad saying 15% off then take additional 10% off and the location of the store are in TX, CA, IL.
Is this legal, can companies do this?
