My dad told me that some of the Ivy League colleges have a thing now a days that you only have to pay 10% of your family's income for tuition. Now I'm not sure if this is real because I've never heard of it and my dad embellishes stuff a lot. So if you could tell me if its true and possibly show some sites that mention it that would be great.
