Is this classed as exercise?

Running up and down the stairs, 10 times each way. Then 200 jumping jacks, 2 mins of wall sitting and 30 lunges. Is this classed as exercise? Along with a diet of 1500 calories a day, will I lose any weight? (If i do the 1500 cal thing and 'exercise' for 2-3 months)
