Is this called satire poetry?

Written a while back but some key word changes fits it right fine for ...um...stuff.

Look at you now adorned with your jewels
a crown for a Queen on your head
Stamping your feet in a fit of pique
Derision for words that we've bled

And the jesters gather to lend you a laugh
always a fool will step up
Pay you your dues when your facing the front
and then happily spit in your cup

These poets these beggars these thief's and these bums
still stand in the crowd and rejoice
Unfortunate then that their words are belittled
by one with your powerful voice

Never forget that royal heads roll
when the powers that be become bored
Your highness will tumble
when the words that you spout

cost more than your fans
can afford
