My x husband who gas never been in my child's life decides at age 5 when he has a new girlfriend with a kid that he wants my daughter now. One day I noticed him putting her in time out with her nose to the wood outside and made her hold her hands up?Seriously is this okay for her? also I know parents have there own ways of disciplining there kids but when my daughter does something wrong she is sat down, asked why she did it, and she is explained why it was wrong. Also she will apologize if needed.He just threw her in time out without doing any of this. when I try to talk to him to explain what normally happens and to try to find a happy medium he doesn't care what I have to say.He has anger torwards me cause I left him for him cheating on me...what should I do? Is this normal punishment? saw something about the hands up thing on an agreement for being a foster parent and they seemed to call it cruel or unusual punishment... help
