I'm kind of worried. I have these small lumps on my nipples especially my right one, and it sometimes hurts. The lumps come and go. I don't know if this is normal for a 13 year old girl. And I didn't want to tell my mom until I found out if it was serious. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it
