I received a fax from someone this morning addressed to me (have left out the persons name it was from in case there is any chance it is real - doubtful):
"I have been trying very hard to locate you and I hope I have finally reached you now,
I have some great news regarding a relative of yours.
Can you please contact me as soon as you receive this message"
He has left a "Fax" number, which I won't send back on in case its one of those premium rate lines
And an email. No phone number given.
I am planning to send an email back asking him what its about, but am half expecting to get one back saying a distant relative has died leaving me £50 million and all he needs is my bank details and contact details etc.....
What are your thoughts on this ?
