Is this an allergy?

Just a general question..I'm not real sure how to describe it, but I have been sneezing off and on throughout the day. My forehead sinuses seem to be a bit tender and it seems like on one side of my face, it feels maybe tighter or heavier around the eye and temple area. Is this a common feeling with allergies? The other side feels ok, but I just notice a heavier type feeling on the one side. I do have ear problems on that same side to and my ear feels tight on the inside at times. Thanks for your replies.
 
I also noticed that on the same side, behind my ear, it was pretty tender...is that a part of allergies? What do I do for that?
 
It's just from pressure in your sinuses. When the allergy symptoms are relieved, that should also go away.
