Hye guys, im a 16 year old male. Quite and an athletic build and im currently working on sprinting and weight lifting, but my question is sprinting.
In the morning at the moment when i do a sprint session (2-3 times a week) il have a small whey protein shake before, as i've just woke up 10mins before, and i dont want to lose any muscle growth.
Then afterwards il have either, 2 slices wholemeal toast+ 2 scrambled eggs or 2 scrambled eggs + branflakes and raisins. Is this alright to eat after?
as i want to still lose a small amount of body fat on the stomach.
