Alright well I Started working out at age 14 then continued at age 15. I picked up smoking but not heavy maybe around a pack every 3 months. at age 16 I started smoking a pack every week or two. I stopped and Continued working out Heavily, Earned very Strength and Stamina/ endurance. Running 8 miles a day Lifting double my weight. Smoking was picked up because of military school. Anyways im 17 now heading into the Army in two weeks.. My question is Should I drop smoking now or Enjoy my last moments Working out intensively and smoking very little bit before I go... The thing is when I smoke my lungs start to hurt throught the day... It takes a while for it to go away but still slows me down.. I can Work out and it stops but still hurts every once in a while... Ive quit plenty of times but come back cause I want to not because I need to... My lungs are pretty wasted but I am very above average in Training.. Do you think these last 2 weeks will Deeply affect me.. I know it will but severe? Going For Army infantry then Ranger...
