PLEASE READ:

If I own 3 businesses 100%, A garden centre, and a Hotel, and a GYM...

- And I want to open a company that only I own. That I can put my businesses under. Would that be a Sole Proprietorship?

For example. Duncan Bannatyne Owns Bannatyne's healthclub, Bannatynes Hotel. But he operates these under 'The Bannatyne Group' - Is that a sole proprietorship, If Only one person owns all businesses under their main 'Parent comapany'?
