Is this a Slavic trait?

I've noticed a lot of Russian women have round faces. Is this a Slavic trait or Tatar trait, etc or other ethnic groups in Russia...Is it because of some Asian/Siberian ancestry?

Any ideas?

I didn't really know where to put this question...so sorry if this is the wrong place..
