One of my friends normally seems to be a very nice and warm-hearted person. However, she has a few times mentioned things about her romantic life that have left me wondering how she can think that way. Once, she asked us if we knew any 'hot guys' that she could meet because she wanted a boyfriend. This annoyed me because she seems to be just looking for physical aspects and is unconcerned with the person themselves. She said another time that she wanted to marry rich so her life would be more enjoyable, and I was annoyed for a similar reason. And a third time I was commenting on the way a character on a TV show treated their boyfriend, where she basically never showed him affection, constantly half-jokingly insulted him and was not very faithful at all, and then my friend said that she treated her boyfriends in a similar way.
I thought overall her view on romance was very shallow and uncaring. Is it an immature perspective for someone to have or am I being prudish?
