I am planning to buy a car. I checked out a car and here are the details about it: -
2001 Toyota Camry CE with 89000 miles. Car is well maintained both interior and exterior(has no dents or scratches). Its a 4-Cyl., 2.2 liter engine with automatic transmission, Power steering, power door locks, power seats, power windows, cruise control, dual front air bags, AM/FM stereo, cassette, single CD changer, ABS (4 wheel) etc.
Spark plugs and the wires were replaced recently. Battery is a new one. Well maintained with record of all maintenance done. Clean title history and is purchased from dealer at 75K miles. Wheel alignment would be done by the seller before selling. When checked, found that tires still has some threading but for steady usage, needs replacement in near future.
The seller is asking 5300 for the car. Is it reasonable? How much do you suggest I should ask for?
