Is this a reasonable asking price for a 1996 ford escort, in soutwest iowa?

I am trying to sell my 1996 ford escort 2door hatch back. I have a guy thinking about buying it. it has 136,000 miles on it, runs good, no rust/dents or damage. clean inside and out. has rear spoiler. i just replaced the drive axle. it needs a new alternator, thats the only thing wrong with it. its an automatic, as well. i have been asking $800 for it. is this a good price, or will i be screwing myself?

It has old 4 cylinder engine which was upgraded in 1997 and is worth maybe 500.00
