Is this a reason to stay home?

Ok I'm supposed to be doing something with my boyfriend and his family tonight but I haven't been feeling very good. My throat hurts and I'm very stuffed up. My temperature is 99.4 degrees farenheit. Is this a reason to stay home? Or do you think it would be okay for me to go tonight?

i would stay home.
if they realize your sick, they won;t be happy but won't be rude and tell you to leave.
if they get sick, your fault. theyd probably be mad.
and what if you got worse?
not good.

I would stay home, I mean if you don't feel good what would be the fun of going out anyways? Also you are risking getting better, you'll just get worse if you stay out. So I would rest and take medicine and focus on getting better. :)
