White clouds would work ok, but I agree that you might be better off with group of another tropical - there are many types of tetra (glolight, head-tail light, rummynose etc.) as well as harlequin rasboras or pencil fish or glass catfish, all schoolers.

Instead of the dojo loaches, which get huge, why not expand to a nicer group of corys and go for 8 of them? They do like to be in groups and look great this way. You would still have room to do another small bottom dweller like few kuhli loaches or a bunch of small shrimp like cherry, ghost, or amano.

As for other fish, well you get a few of a few of a small and peaceful gourami like honey or sparkling, or you can go with a mild type of barb like cherry or rosy - but not tiger! For the upper part of the tank you can go with something like redtail rasboras or danios or hatchet fish, which keep to the top.

Of course, these are just ideas, there are so many fish available.

What species of Corys and Plecos? Plecos can be territorial, depending on species, so two may well be a bad idea. What species of snail?

You have a temperature issue here. The Neons prefer high end tropical, while the White Clouds and Loaches need sub-tropical/coldwater. The White Clouds need a strong current - not Neon friendly! Some Cory species prefer cooler water to others.

I would choose one direction or the other. Tropical may be a better way to go, so instead of the White Clouds get Glolight Tetras and instead of the 2 Dojos get 4 Khuli Loaches. You need a sand substrate for these and the Corys, and the snail would be a bad move with the Loaches.

I think you need to ponder further with this one. And as for other species, work out the rest first. A 75g with small community fish means no big fish - they'd eat the small fish.
