Whats wrong with you?! Go give them a piece of your mind! you have rights as a worker and can sue both your employer and the mangers who came in. Forget shyness and tell them if they don't like how you doing your work then the terminate you or you sue them for discrimination or such. Termination also will give you benefit other than just quitting. They may want you to quit to  avoid giving yyou termination allowance.
