Okay so I've included weight lifting into my training, and in 2 1/2 months I've gained 25 lbs of muscle (151 to 176), Is that and average gain, a huge gain, or a relatively small gain in the time given? I lift about 3 times a week and to calisthenics, medicine ball drills, and bands twice a week. I've seen massive gains in my squat and bench press. My squat went from 250 max to 365 max. Bench went from 175 to 205. I've just started doing dead lifts today. I did around 305 lbs. I felt like I could do more though. I'm 17 by the way. So how do you guys think I'm progressing? Any tips?
