is this a good workout for the 200m sprint?

here is my weekly routine that i just started doing
Monday: sprint 2 miles on elliptical
Tuesday: sprint 2 miles on elliptical
Wednesday: squats, leg press, calf raises, glute and hamstring exercise(don't know what it is called) i do 75 reps of each exercise
Thursday: sprint 2 miles on elliptical
Friday:same thing as wednesday
