Is this a good suggestion for me getting faster (sprinting)?

I am 14, and I want to get fast, to help me want to be a footballer, I am desperate to be one.

Would this work:

I was thinking running 4/7 days a week 30 Min's training. 15 running and 15 Min's training on leg work muscle.

What do you think?
