Is this a good routine to do at the Gym?

Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Tricepts & abbs
Tuesday: Cardio for an hour
Wednesday: Back, Bicepts and abbs
Thursday: Cardio for an hour
Friday: Chest, Bicepts, Back & abbs

Is this a good routine to build muslce and just to keep healthy? If not, can you suggest any routines?

I also want to lose a tiny bit of fat in some areas.

Would taking supplements help too? Such as Protein and Creatine?

Any suggestions are good for things to eat, anything really!
 
nice your gonna get ripped try drinking whey protein everyday after workout and eat lots of protien with low fat like salmon chicken ect.good luck!
