Is this a good query letter for a book agent? Do I need to change anything?

I got several rejection letters for my query letter, so I revised it to make it much shorter.
1. Can you please take a look and see if this is a good query letter?
2. Do I need to change anything or is it good as is?
3. Any tips or suggestions is also appreciated.

Thanks a lot for all answers in advance!

Dear XYZ,

I found your website and noticed that you have represented book on spirituality/ inspiration like X1 and Y1. I am seeking representation for my completed 23,000-word spiritual non-fiction work titled "Nirvana: Absolute Freedom".

What is absolute freedom, and how is it to be realized? The popular materialistic world-view is that absolute freedom is the ability to fulfill all your desires. This you can do by gaining wealth, power, authority, fame, respect, beauty etc., and to be able to have those you need to strive and compete with the rest of the world. The fittest and the luckiest will succeed in this race, and the rest are going to lose out.

The popular religious world-view is that absolute freedom is to be found in an after-life in heaven. For this you just need to believe in and follow the religious teachings which will confirm your ticket to heaven.

And then there is the spiritual world-view that you are already free, and that there is no need to pursue this freedom; there is only a need to realize this as your true and absolute nature.

Which of these world views is correct? How can we find out the truth and experience true and lasting freedom? In Nirvana, we go on a journey together examining and inquiring into the true nature of freedom, and how is it to be realized.

Nirvana will appeal to a wide audience ranging from young adults to middle-age. Please let me know if you are interested in reading sample chapters or in seeing the entire 23000 word manuscript. Thank you for consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Thanks for your great advise Makenna. Really appreciate it!
