Is this a good pre-post workout routine/diet?

So at my college class I'm taking a running course and a weight lifting course right after it. Each course lasts an hour. Im thinking 1/2 hour before class I'll drink a shake with these ingredients:

milk, a banana, a scoop of peanut butter, scoop of whey protein powder. Then I'll go to my classes for a couple hours and come home and eat lunch. Should I change any of this or does that sound like an okay workout routine? I have these classes 2 days a week.
