Is this a good plan for moving to California (financial wise) when I turn 18?

So I can't wait to get out of the hokey poke town of Largo,Fl (I know, why would anyone want to leave Florida?) but seriously it isn't that fabulous here.

I ADORE the state of California especially the Los Angeles area because I have 1 or 2 friends there and I took a trip out there this summer and I never wanted to leave I dream of being out there every day. I know it isn't the safest area (but really in this world your not truly safe anywhere) plus some people I know there are gonna give me tips on how to pick a safer area to live.

So I turn 17 in July and I plan on trying to get a job right after my birthday. I am home schooled so I can work longer and different hours than most HS students.

I plan on spending NONE OF THE MONEY I EARN FROM THIS JOB FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR.
I know what you are thinking there is no way.

But I have a separate smaller business online which I will use to pay for gas (don't have a car so just use my parents once in a while and put in the gas that I took out),clothes, spending money etc. I only earn about $100-$200 a month on it.

Do you think that will give me enough money to start out in L.A.? (I plan on job searching for openings a couple months before I go out there that way I can at least try and have a full time job lined up before I get out there) plus my parents will give me a little just in case I don't.
