Is this a good muffler for my car? Is this a good car to go streeet with?

I have a 97 civic LX, I also have a flowmaster 40 seris muffler, is this a good muffler to give my car a good street sound? or should I go with some thing diffrent? and is a 97 civic a good car to turn street with mods or should I try another car
 
I don't know about the muffler or anything but I do know that Subaru's (even though I hate them) take upgrades and mods really well!!!! same with mitsubishi lancers even if they aren't EVO's... I just don't suggest trying to make a high power honda, something will break!!!!!!!!!!!
