Is this a hood mix of fish for an 317 liter tank?

2 guppies
3 tetras
glass catfish
sorry I mean a 3.7 liter

3.7L is tiny and unsuitable for any fish.

For guppies you'd need at least 45L

For a shoal of small Tetras such as Neons, 45-50L at least.

For glass catfish over 75-100L and they need to be in a group.

A 3.7 is good for nothing I'm afraid!

No, 3.7 litres is too small for any fish despite what the box it came in might say.

For those fish you would need a 150 litre tank with heater and filtration.
Without the glass catfish you could get away with 60 litres.

Your little vase could house a couple of shrimp.
