Is this a good idea? (I cut myself and I Need wound care supplies)?

So basically, I really need wound care supplies (Bandaids and stuff), I don't have any supplies. All I have is a little bit of peroxide, and that's it. I can't drive yet so I obviously can't drive myself to get supplies, and it's too far to walk... I was thinking about asking one of my sisters a favor (i.e. asking her to drive me to get some supplies). She doesn't know I self-harm though, no one in my family does. so I don't know if asking her to drive me is a good idea or not, what do you all think? And if you think it is a good idea, how should I go about asking her? I would have to ask her in a message on Facebook, because I'm WAY too shy in person, and on the phone. I tend to mumble and stuff....
Also, what if she asks me why I need wound care supplies, what should I say if she does? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but any tips would be great
