Any suggestions to make it better this is a gaming pc
 
that can pretty much play any game on 22 inch or less screen on max cept gta iv and crisis probably due to the graphic card
 
Looks good, though you might want a slightly beefier power supply for upgrades down the line. (430W Earthwatts is good). You also might want a GA-EP45-UD3L instead of a DS3L as the UD3L is more durable but costs similar.

Other than that try upgrading the RAM to DDR2-1066. If you're over your budget because of those you could downgrade your CPU to a 3.0GHz E8400(not much of a downgrade but saves $25 that can be put towards other parts).

Oh and are you going to overclock? That looks like an excellent configuration to do so.
