Is this a good gaming desktop?

And i want to hook this up to my tv as a monitor do i need any special cords if so where do i get it?
 
I would not recommend this as a gaming computer, because it has an integrated graphics card.
 
It depends on how much of a hardcore gamer you are. If your looking to play high-end games like crysis...This computer is not what fits your needs. Althogh the CPU Is good and the ram is fairly good. Everything is pretty much ok with this computer exept for the power supply and the video card.

So this is a good gaming computer. You'll just need to buy a better graphics card and power supply and your good to go :)
 
Sure. Of course, it depends on the EXACT games you want to play, but I'm sure you knew that already.

And the cords to hook it up to your TV? Well, if you read the specs on the computer, there at NewEgg, it details the video out connections available. Then, you examine the video IN connections to see what you need. Don't forget the audio as well. But I can't tell you what cables you need, without knowing what connections are on your TV. Sorry.

However, this computer will play LOTS of games nicely.
