I'm only 13 and I'm a girl, but I noticed I'd been putting on a few pounds in the wrong places even though I'm definitely not overweight, so I put together an exercise schedule, please tell me if it's healthy.
Sunday: 30 minutes of cardio and a few yoga poses
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 25 minutes of cardio and core exercises
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 25 minutes of cardio and yoga poses
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 45 minutes of light cardio
Food: Lots of pasta and chicken and stuff like that and only allow one soda a week (I know myself well enough to know I wouldn't be able to cut out all sodas)
