I'm a 52 years old male.

Here's my exercise routine.

Mon-Fri Exercise bike for 45 minutes. Average herat rate for 45 minutes about 130

Sat-Sun Exercise bike for 45 minutes, elliptical for 15 minutes. Average heart rate 130

Sat-Sun Upper body free weights.
