is this a good exercise routine! ?

in the morning i exercise for 10-15 mins then around 2 i exercise for 5 mins and round 6 i exercise for 5 mins aswell and just be fore i go to bed i exercise. =] x.
and sometimes i do more than 5 mins before i go to sleep, i do 10 mins =] x.
