I am 18 years old.5'2 and weight 104 and a half pounds.I started doing ball crunches about a month ago I would do UP TO 120 every day.For the past week I have been doing Wii Super Hula(20 minutes of hula hoop) and a 10 minute run(moderately paced)and I seem to get better results from Hula than I do with ball crunches.I eat healthy.I switched from white bread to wheat and I include a lot of whole grains in my diet and I don't really each junk food,so I eat totally healthy.I consume anywhere from 1300 to 1600 calories per day and drink lots of water.I haven't had a regular soda in about 5 months and I do not drink juice(because of sugar content).Oh and what is the amount of calories I need to consume to be able to MAINTAIN my weight and not lose anymore.My mom say's I am losing too much weight( I have lost about 30 pounds since last March)
