im 13 years old , 1.58m tall and weigh 45kg

MONDAY:

t pressups
4 sets 8 reps

incline benchpress
4 sets 8 reps

wide arm pushups
3 sets 10 reps

gym ball dumbell flye
3 sets 10 reps

WEDNESDAY:

FRIDAY:

chin ups
4 sets 6 reps

close grip bench press
3 sets 10 reps

alternating hammer curl with twist
3set 12 reps

lying tricep extensions
3 set 10 reps

gymball dumbell preacher curl
3 sets 10 reps
please give me a good answer! haha that took ages to type. it would be greatly appreciated :)
