I'm 15.
I'm chubby/fat because I'm lazy and eat unhealthily (binge eat, over eat, junk food...etc)
I'm stopping that. I'm sick of being fat. I want to love my body and love how it looks in clothes.
I'm giving myself 6 weeks.
I'm eating really healthy but giving myself 1 treat a day until I can get it down to 1 treat every two days...etc. (because I don't want my binge eating disorder to come back if I deprive myself...)
My exercise routine will be:
-yoga everyday for 20 min
-walking dog everyday for 20 min
Sunday: Treadmill for 30 min
Monday: Strength training for 30 min
Tuesday: Treadmill for 30 min
Wednesday: Strength training for 30 min
Thursday: Treadmill for 30 min
Friday: Strength training for 30 min
Saturday: Treadmill for 30 min
Will this exercise routine get me toned in 6 weeks?
How can I stay motivated?
Should I change anything?
