I am 5'2" and 110 lbs.
I'm skinny and have abs but I still have a layer of fat on my body.
I want to lose like, 15 lbs.
Breakfast:
weight loss oatmeal with soymilk
Lunch:
1 cup of tofu
2 cups of salad without dressing(lettuce, red cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans)
a little less than one serving of hummus
Snack:
Toast with non-fat peanut butter
Dinner:
Same as lunch.
I take Biotin and vitamin C daily, and drink 8 cups of water a day.
Sometimes I have Crystal Light with my water.
Exercise:
4 miles of running.
200 sit ups
Sun salutations (yoga)
Running up & down a mile of stairs.
Other core exercises.
100 squats
100 leg lifts.(on each leg)
Will I be able to lose 15 lbs in three weeks?
