is this a good exercise bike?

at k mart they have an exercise bike for about $70
i rang them up and they said it was a toner exercise bike that can hold up to 100 kg
is this a good bike or is it cheap made?
has anyone brought this type of bike and have any opinions about it?
or can anyone post some reviews about it
