is this a good diet and exercise plan?

kay soo im 13 5'6" and wieght 123 pounds. this is my diet and exercise plan

mon wed fri: biggest loser game for wii (30 min), then a bike ride (30 min)
tues thurs sat: hip hop abs dvd for 30 min, run for 15 min, walk for 15 minute
im going to walk my dogs too if its nice
for my eating plan, ill eat six small healthy meals a day.
1st 7:30 2nd 10:00 3rd noon 4th 2:00 5th 5:00 and 6th at 6:30. i wont eat anything past 7:00 pm.

i just want to stay healthy and look good for school. just say if you think its a good plan or not. not if you think i need to lose weight or not. i have my mind set on it and there is no changing it. thank you in advance! :)
