Is this a good deal - Suzuki Gsf 500 2008...?

2008 Suzuki GSF 500 with 3200km completely stock except for an an alarm for $3900 is what the lowest he will go from $4200. Hes the first owner and has all papers and recipts for the bike. He says he simply dosent get to ride enough so he is selling it. He also said he can meet half way so I can see it (if hes willing to ride it then it must be good to go as I wouldnt ride a POS...right?)
