is this a good deal on my car ?

I just bought a crown victoria (1996) for $480 from my cousin. It was $500 but he let me buy it for a lower price..the car has a good motor and transmission and it runs great. The only thing i have to fix on the car is the window on the back and get the rear end fix . its about $80-$100..n e way i wanted to know what kind of fees do i have to look for?? I got the title for the car..thank goodness. I got my learners permit but getting my licence next week. they are fixing the car for me because my uncle is a machanic. I LIVE IN ARKANSAS
