is this a good deal on a car?

I just bought a crown victoria (1996) for $480 from my cousin. It was $500 but he let me buy it for a lower price..the car has a good motor and transmission and it runs great. The only thing i have to fix on the car is the window on the back and get the rear end fix . its about $80-$100
