Is this a good deal for a PS3 and a TV?

that is a good deal, but not the best. Also, what tv is it, because if it 120hz go for it, but if it is 60, then you could get a better one.
 
Ok so there is a deal out there that is : a 40" LCD HDTV 1080p with 4 HDMI ports with a 120GB PS3 for $999.99 .. I'm thinking about it but wouldn't 40" be to small for a family room?
So.. is that a good deal?
