is this a good deal for a mini bike?

my friend was going to sell me a mini bike( not a pocket bike, it looks a little like a chopper), for $100. it runs well, and it can go 20-25 mph. is this a good deal?
it looks like the mini bike from the movie dumb and dumber but its blue
also, it has a 4 stroke engine
